Conflict Management/Resolution Workshop

CONFLICT MANAGEMENT/RESOLUTION WORKSHOP

In almost all workplace relationships there will be conflict. That conflict, if managed properly, can be a positive development for better employee communication and increased growth and productivity.  The goal of any employee should be to avoid and manage existing conflict. Before avoiding and managing conflict, employees must recognize and understand its causes. This workshop will provide clients with a better understanding of the causes of conflict and assist in minimizing negative conflict. Communicating with others through skill building and training can help to have positive results when conflict occurs.
